उन कारकों की जांच करें जो किसी व्यक्ति की अभिक्षमता को आकार देते हैं।

3. Explain the concept of integrity and its significance in civil services.
सिविल सेवाओं में सत्यनिष्ठा की अवधारणा और इसके महत्व को समझाएं।
